MEET YOUR DJS
Hi, I'm Melissa Boger, also known as DJ Mizza. I am the owner of Project Groove and have been in the DJ industry since 2002, but I can't remember a time when music wasn't an important part of my life. I truly believe that music has a way of bringing people together. I also believe that a DJ should do more than just play music, but they should get involved, interact, and entertain! I have had the pleasure to DJ in various clubs, numerous school dances, birthday parties, block parties, and weddings. I can truthfully say that I have loved every minute of it!
In addition to my DJ experience, I also studied improvisational comedy for 2 years. I have found that my improv background has made me a much better performer, DJ and entertainer. So let's all get together, listen to the music, live, laugh, sing, and DANCE!!!!
Hi! I am Vince Roslewski, a.k.a. DJ Vceller8. My musical interests started at a young age, picking up the trumpet as a grade school student and taking that interest through high school. Music continued to be a part of my life as I began to find a home on the dance floors of bars and clubs. I never truly realized the power music had over my soul until I moved to Chicago in 1997. Being exposed to Chicago House and the different artistic avenues of music that the city’s culture had to offer, I began my journey with the DJ’ing aspect of the art to express my own love of music. That love continues today as it brings me great pleasure to see the smiles on the faces of our customers and guests at their events. From Sweet 16’s, block parties, school dances, and weddings to bars and clubs, I take great pride in the art work I can create with music.
